Sarah started to practice Yoga as a teenager
She qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga in 1984
In the 1980's Sarah became interested in the Alexander Technique eventually undertaking three years full time training and qualifying in July 1992. Following two years further study Sarah qualified as a Craniosacral Therapist. She had the opportunity to train with Thomas Atlee at his College in London, becoming a member of the Register of Craniosacral Therapists (RCST) in 1997. Sarah has continued to teach and increase her own study surrounding her work in teaching Yoga, The Alexander Technique and Craniosacral Therapy.
She as a private practice in Hertfordshire and more recently East Sussex, working with individuals and small groups.
In October 2009 Sarah qualified as an Iyengar Yoga Teacher.
